As a result of large-scale investigative-judicial actions carried out in the General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigation Committee, the circumstances of the abuse of official powers by the head of Goris community Arushanyan, illegal business, violation of the rules of subsoil protection and use, self-control and intentionally causing moderate damage to health were revealed.

The preliminary investigation is over, the criminal case with an indictment has been sent to the prosecuting prosecutor for approval, and a motion has been sent to the court.
