Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision on July 13, which states:
“Pursuant to Article 16, Part 1, Article 37, Part 1, Clause 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Civil Service”, to relieve Arthur Razmik Hovsepyan from the post of Secretary General of the Science Committee.”
Notably, Hovsepyan was appointed to this position on March 16.
According to Nikol Pashinyan’s 14 July decision, Hovsepyan was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister.
