The members of the “Return to Kashatagh” non-governmental organization, the displaced residents of Kashatagh, today, on 9 July, held a protest action in front of the Government building.
Alisa Hovsepyan, a resident of Aygek village in Kashatagh region, said she had lived in Kashatagh for 23 years. Now she has left everything there and lives in a dormitory in Abovyan.
“At least give us a chance to live. We are in a hopeless situation. “I am terrified,” she said.
Her daughter’s husband said that if Kovsakan was liberated, they would gladly go and live there.
They wrote a letter to the acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
