Former Chief of Staff of the Office of the Prime Minister Arsen Torosyan wrote on his Facebook page:

From today, I will stop fulfilling the duties of the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Prime Minister.
I thank Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan for entrusting me with the post of Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister at this crucial time for our country.
I would like to express my special thanks to the entire staff of the Prime Minister’s Office for their hard work during these difficult months.
I also thank the other government partners for their effective cooperation.
I wish the newly appointed Chief of Staff of the Office of the Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan success in his further activities.”
