A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the “Centre for International Law Research and Policy”. The office of RA Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan reported.
The Government of the Republic of Armenia, on behalf of the Acting Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Centre for International Law Research and Policy Foundation. According to the memorandum, the parties will cooperate on the Artsakh issue, including 2020. In order to take necessary steps to address the violations of international law committed during the 27 September war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh.
“The Foundation will provide assistance to the Government in international legal matters, promoting the development of legal diplomacy, assisting in the implementation of international legal processes, and assisting the Government in matters of strategic communication,” the statement said.
