At the June 17 sitting of the Government, a decision was made to make amendments to the adjacent law to the Constitutional Law “Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia”, according to which an Administrative Chamber will be established in the Court of Cassation.
Kristinne Grigoryan, Acting Deputy Minister of Justice, presented the question to the members of the executive.
“The Constitution enshrines the administrative court as a specialized court, thus creating guarantees to ensure the efficiency and completeness of the exercise of the right to judicial protection in the given sphere, proceeding from the peculiarities of that type of justice.
Another important factor determining the effectiveness of the right to judicial protection of a person’s rights in the field of administrative justice is the full introduction of the factor of judicial specialization in the Court of Cassation,” the acting Deputy Minister said.
