The candidates of the 26 political forces participating in the special elections to the National Assembly in 2021 have submitted their property and income declarations to the Central Electoral Commission.

Tigran Arzakantsyan is the leader of the Democratic Party of Armenia, which is running in the elections under number 15. He is the president of “Tigran Arzakantsyan” Charitable Foundation.
According to the declaration, Arzakantsyan has two real estates in Gavar:
- 1 house (joint ownership) – 209․7 sq.m.
- 1 apartment (joint ownership) – 95․3 sq.m.
- BMW 740 car – 2008 production.
He also has valuables that exceed 8 million drams:
- Jaeger LeCoultre watch – 75․000 Euros,
- Wristwatch – 52,000 USD
- Gold cross with 7 carat of diamond – 16,000 dollars.
As of 31 May, the incomes of the candidate made 56 million 880 thousand drams, which was received from the royalty of “Tsar Tigran” CJSC.
His financial means total to:
- 35 million drams
- 80 thousand dollars,
- 60 thousand Euros.
