Tatevik Hayrapetyan, an MP from the “My Step” faction of the National Assembly, wrote on her Facebook page.
“Taking into account the pre-election situation in our country, the Azerbaijani side, with its provocative actions, statements, is constantly trying to try to influence our internal political developments, as well as public moods.
I am convinced that this is a component of the psychological war waged by Azerbaijan after the war. Regardless of the political views, the attitude towards the government, the dissemination of unverified information on security issues in the context of internal political struggle, the steps aimed at causing panic among the public are not in the security interests of our state, moreover, serve the goals pursued by Azerbaijan.
In the struggle for power, one should never cross red lines, ignore the state interest, forget what enemy we are dealing with.”
