In order to keep the public free from misinformation flows, let us briefly refer to some of the false news published in media outlets the day before, in particular one of them, published yesterday. The Press and Public Relations Service of the Supreme Judicial Council reported.
“Incident in SJC: Jhangiryan got Vardazaryan’s car, and the fight for the office continues” and “I do not care, open the door as you want. Jhangiryan “invaded” into Vardazaryan’s office”: the publications with the captions have nothing to do with reality.
“The first publication was denied on the same day; however, it did not stop the media’s persistent efforts to continue misleading the readers.
The second published information is also fabricated, for the simple reason that the office of the President of the Supreme Judicial Council has been unsealed, inventoried by the members of the Supreme Judicial Council, and the entire process of the Judicial Department has been videotaped. The process was carried out in accordance with the law. Gagik Jhangiryan was not involved in the commission; he was not present at the process.
Moreover, yesterday the Supreme Judicial Council and the staff worked with an overloaded agenda: the Council meeting, selection of candidates for a judge of the Court of Cassation, examination of two motions to discipline a judge submitted by the Minister of Justice… “All the sittings were chaired by Gagik Jhangiryan, the acting chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, a member of the SJC,” the statement said.
