On 3 May, at 01:30, the policemen of Mashtots Police Department of Yerevan Police apprehended Armen Kabalyan, born in 1961, the prisoner of “Nubarashen” penitentiary establishment of the Ministry of Justice of the RA, near the building 54 Tigran Mets Street.
The Police informed that the he was wanted since 18 April, and was accused under the provisions of Article 355(1) of the Criminal code of the RA (Escape from the place of imprisonment, arrest or custody).
Kabalyan was delivered to Mashtots department of the Police with corresponding documentation.
Arrest was set as the measure for restraint.
