By the 2 April  decree of the RA President, Hayk Chobanyan was appointed Minister of High-Tech Industry.

“Based on the proposal of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, and Article 5, Part 1 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government:

To appoint Hayk CHOBANYAN Minister of High-Tech Industry,” the decree reads.

Hakob Arshakyan was relieved of his post by another decree.

“Based on the proposal of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, and Article 5, Part 1 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government:

To relieve Hakob ARSHAKYAN from the post of Minister of High-Tech Industry.”
