The appeal filed by the attorney against the decision to arrest Narek Malyan was being examined at the Avan residence of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan.

Attorney Tigran Atanesyan told reporters that the court recognized Malyan’s arrest as illegal.

The session was chaired by Judge Vahe Misakyan.

Notably, yesterday the police arrested Narek Malyan from the street, according to the investigator, for making calls for violence.
