The incident took place on 16 February, 2000, when Syuzanna Patvakanyan’s daughter was born. The woman was a minor at the time, according to Syuzanna Patvakanyan. Doctors demanded $ 500 from her so as not to inform law enforcement that the father of the child had sex with a minor.
Syuzanna Patvakanyan said that they did not pay the required amount, which is why they made her leave the child.
