The Traditional Torchlight March will start on 23 April at 18:00am from the Liberty square to Tsitsernakaberd Memorial. Numerous students’ organizations, youth entities and non-governmental organizations joined the traditional Torchlight March organized by the Armenian Revolutionary Federation – Dashnaktsutyun and the Students’ Unions, which is dedicated to the 98th year of the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.

The regional centers of Youth Foundation of Armenia (YFA) will organize commemoration ceremonies as well.

YFA of Shirak marz will initiate candle march on 23 April at 18:00pm on Charles Aznavur Square of Gyumri City and the process will move to Vardanants Square.

In Vanadzor the groups of young people will start the march at 20:00pm on 23 April and walk from the yard of St. Grigor Narekatsi Church to the memorial of the victims of genocide in the yard of St. Astvatastsin Church.

The youth in Ijevan shall start the march at 19:00 and walk along the Independence street to the memorial of the victims of Genocide.

Armavir YFA together with other marz organizations will organize a march to the memorial of the victims of 1915 Genocide, which is located in Armavir city park.

Youth Foundation of Armenia calls to the youth urging to solidarity and to stand for the eternal rights of the Armenian People.
