As a result of the search operations carried out on 1 February, the Artsakh rescue detachments found the remains of 9 dead servicemen in the direction of Varanda (Fizuli).
Artsakh State Emergency Situations Service reported.
According to preliminary data, they are servicemen (volunteers who took part in hostilities). A forensic examination was set to determine their identities.
As of 1 February, a total of 1,354 bodies were found.
Today, the search is carried out in the direction of Hadrut region.
