RA Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan reports:
“A new website of the Compulsory Enforcement Service equipped with modern tools has been launched.
Visitors to the site will have the opportunity under the principle of ONE WINDOW to get information about:
the activities of the Service,
vacancies
announced tenders and their results,
enforcement proceedings,
payment methods
on compulsory e-auctions
use the online platform to apply for the Service, from electronic queuing, Telegram notification systems,
Contact the Citizens’ Service Office directly via the interactive call button.
The “Personal Cabinet” digital tool of the website will be launched soon, through which the parties to the enforcement proceedings, after passing the relevant identification, will have the opportunity to receive complete information, download and upload the necessary documents, perform other actions permitted by law.
The monitoring system is a new digital solution to track online the activities of law enforcement officers and separate territorial subdivisions of the Service.
The mobile version of the site is available as a web application for smartphones.
For the purpose of complex reforms and further modernization of the site, it is planned to use new functional tools, including the launch of an e-auction site with a new size.
