On 11 January, at around 04:50, shots were heard in different parts of Stepanakert. The Artsakh Police informs.
Officers of the Stepanakert City Police Department of the Artsakh Republic arrested two residents of Stepanakert from a place called “Zarun Bagh” and brought them to the department.
The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
