“Dear citizens of Syunik!
On the 21-kilometer section of the Goris-Kapan highway, which is located in a disputed area, the deployment of border troops on both sides continues.
According to that, the Armenian and Azerbaijani border troops are currently stationed in the area adjacent to the Shurnukh settlement of the contact line.
We urge the local population not to give in to any provocation to avoid possible tensions.
The RA Armed Forces and the Armenian-Russian border troops are in full control of the situation.
