The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Artsakh informs:

“Dear residents of Berdzor, Aghavno, Nerkin Sus, Kaler communities, we inform that you will not benefit from the one-time financial assistance program for the citizens registered in the lost territories, as the above-mentioned territories have not passed under the control of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

But you will receive financial support in the scope of other programs.

The program is currently being finalized. We will inform about the procedure of benefiting of the program in the coming days.”
