“People blocked the road in Goris, there were accumulations of cars. But I ask a logical question: Why did they block the road? This situation would be in Goris, the same situation would be in Kapan, Meghri and Shurnukh. The people today understand the situation more deeply. I think we should not give in to provocations. There are people who want to provoke clashes. But I offer a deal to those who blocked the road. We will have such an unorganized gathering in Goris, Kapan and Meghri. People would come to express their support, that’s why they closed the road. If not, then open the way to go to Goris, to see what is happening, what people are saying. People have a lot of questions for us, they are right questions, they are tough questions, yes, I accept our responsibility, and we have to answer those questions. There are also questions that we do not yet have the answers to.”
