The Azeris say that 44 Armenian captives were handed over to Armenia, but about 100 were captured. Another point states that the number of captives is 160.

I appeal again to the RA and Artsakh Defense Ministers, the directors of the NSS. Will you explain what is happening; will you clarify the situation around us?

Do not put blame each other. If Nikol or Arayik are the only one responsible for that, tell me, otherwise you will be under heavy responsibility.

Will anyone explain why you continue to hand over the territories not provided for in the 9 November statement?”
