Administrative bodies shall not have the right to require from individuals to perform such actions, which have already been performed by them within the framework of other activities or are included or can be included by their content in these frameworks.

If documents (data, information), presented by individuals to administrative bodies, include in their content other necessary documents, they may not be required anymore in an additional or separate form.

If permissions provided to individuals by administrative bodies in content include other permissions, the latter shall also be considered to be issued.
