Syunik Deputy Governor Narek Babayan wrote on his Facebook page:

“Information was spread on the Internet that today, at around 19:30, the enemy attacked the settlement of Agarak in the Kapan community of Syunik region, as well as the enemy fired incessantly at the defensive positions in Kapan for half an hour.

We inform that the information does not correspond to the reality, there was no skirmish on the borders of Kapan, our borders are protected, and the situation is under control.”
