The people of Artsakh who lost their home will receive a one-time financial aid of 250,000 drams

Today, the government will make a decision to approve the measure of support to the citizens who lost their residential real estate at the registered address in the Artsakh Republic due to the devastation caused by the war or for other reasons.

The purpose of the event is to provide social assistance to citizens registered in the State Population Register in the Republic of Artsakh as of 27 September, 2020, at least 3 months, children registered in those communities after 27 September, 2020 (unless the child as of 27 September, 2020  was registered at the place of residence in the Republic of Armenia), if the person (citizen or child) is actually in the Republic of Armenia or Artsakh as of 16 November, 2020.

The person (citizen or child) mentioned in this paragraph is the beneficiary of this measure, if due to the devastation caused by the war unleashed by Azerbaijan on 27 September, 2020 or for other reasons, the residential real estate located at the place of registration becomes unfit for habitation.

The beneficiaries of this event are not the beneficiaries of the event approved by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of 21 November, 2020 N 1820-L.

Social assistance is provided in the form of a one-time financial assistance in the amount of 250,000 AMD for each beneficiary.

One-time financial assistance to minors benefiting from this event is provided to the parent if the parent is a beneficiary of this event.

To apply for this event, the application shall be submitted electronically until 20 January, 2021.

One-time financial aid is provided through Haypost and Artsakhpost.

The list of beneficiaries of this event is provided by the Artsakh Government.
