Today, I submitted a motion to summon Mane Gevorgyan, the spokeswoman of the RA acting Prime Minister, Pashinyan, for questioning. Lawyer Alexander Kochubaev wrote about this on his Facebook page.

“Today, I submitted a motion to summon Mane Gevorgyan, the spokeswoman of the RA acting Prime Minister, Pashinyan, for questioning.

The problem arose in the case of the mass riots in Yerevan on the night of the land sale. In the mentioned case, the RA NSS confiscated the recordings of the RA Government cameras, but “someone” from the RA NSS passed them to Mane Gevorgyan, and the latter published the videos. In other words, Mane Gevorgyan obtained the confiscated videos in an “incomprehensible” way, as she published the pre-investigation secret. The mentioned facts are extremely important for the defense and we will definitely pursue the clarification of those circumstances aimed at the exclusion of directing the criminal case from the RA Government House.

Next, I will return to the issue of Nikol Pashinyan, the victim of that criminal case, discussing his case with the RA Prosecutor General, some members of the SJC, and some court chairmen.
