Lusine Hakobyan, Coordinator of the National Platform of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, President of “Europe in Law Association” NGO, writes on her Facebook page.
“It is reprehensible to lead today’s march to government cottages. It is an encroachment on the right to private and family life.
Never before has any opposition leader allowed himself to lead the crowd to the house of any government official.
Even in the case of the well-known attitude towards Serzh Sargsyan, during the 2018 revolution, no one ever thought of leading a crowd of people to government summer houses and intimidating the family members of him or any other state official.
Even in the case of the well-known attitude towards Serzh Sargsyan, when is 2018? During the revolution, it did not occur to anyone to lead a crowd of people to government cottages, to intimidate his or any other government official’s family members. This is especially reprehensible in the context of the information that the supporters of many of the organizers of this march were the perpetrators of the November 9-10 violence.”
