The representative of Armenia in the ECHR wrote on his Facebook page:

“Today, on the basis of the application of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, Azerbaijan provided the ECHR for the first time with detailed information on a number of prisoners of war and civilians held in Azerbaijan.

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has set a deadline of 11 December for the issuance of photos and medical documents of prisoners of war and civilians, held in Azerbaijan.”
