Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page:

“Dear compatriots!

My family returned to Stepanakert today. Artsakh must live after a great ordeal, and regardless of the situation, we will surely build the future of our children.

I also appealed to all government officials to take measures in the coming days to resettle the families in their homes.

We must continue to create and revive Artsakh.”
