Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan informs on his Facebook page that today he received Lieutenant General Igor Kutrovsky, Director of the Rescue Squad of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, and Lieutenant General Vladimir Solovyov, Director of the International Affairs Department of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

“Expressing high support on behalf of the Artsakh authorities for the activities to be carried out, I noted that a great deal of work is expected to ensure the normal, safe life of the civilian population after the cessation of hostilities,” the message read.
