The RA Human Rights Defender’s Office informs.

“The joint fact-finding work of the Human Rights Defenders of Armenia and Artsakh in Artsakh has registered additional evidence of gross violations of the life, health, property and other rights of civilians by the Azerbaijani armed forces, as well as war crimes against humanity.

The fact-finding work was also attended by the Baroness of the United Kingdom Caroline Cox.
Mrs. Caroline Cox was accompanied in Artsakh by international journalists and experts.”
