“Today, I participated in the sitting of the Committee of Secretaries of the CSTO Security Council online. During the sitting, I made a speech within the framework of the discussion on “Collective Security Challenges and Threats, Measures to Counter Them”.

During my speech, I presented the situation in Nagorno Karabakh due to the war initiated by Azerbaijan and Turkey on 27 September, and stressed the negative impact of Turkey on regional security. I highlighted the role of the Russian Federation in establishing peace.”
