Masis, Vagharshapat and Sevan police revealed a large amount of weapons and ammunition brought from Artsakh

Officers of various police departments continue to take measures to prevent and detect cases of illegal import of weapons and ammunition from Artsakh. As a result, on 11 November, the officers of the Vagharshapat Police Department, realizing the operative data, brought the police station from Parakar village two men living in Yerevan. A Kalashnikov assault rifle with a serial number, bullet casings, bayonet knife, a jacket and a helmet were found in the car, which had been brought from Artsakh.

On 11 November, officers of the Sevan Police Department and the traffic police serving the Gegharkunik region, realizing the operative data, found Kalashnikov assault rifles with 7 factory license plates, 7 bullet casings, rifle bullets and bulletproof vest, which were brought from Artsakh.

On November 11, officers of the Masis Police Department found ammunition brought from Artsakh as well. They checked the car of a 34-year-old man from Yerevan and found grenades with explosives. The found weapons and ammunition were taken. The various measures taken in this direction are daily.
