Today, within the framework of his political consultations with political forces, the President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian met with the representatives of the “Bright Armenia” faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, the secretary of the faction Gevorg Gorgisyan and the deputy Ani Samsonyan.
The sides exchanged views on the statement signed by the Prime Minister of Armenia, the Presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan, as well as the situation in the country.
The deputies presented their assessments, views and proposals.
The interlocutors stressed the special importance of national unity, solidarity, as well as the preservation of internal political stability in the current situation.
