Chaos and anarchy are the goal of groups that have no hope of gaining the citizen’s vote and approval. They came to power only in such difficult situations and with betrayal. Their pillar of power has never been the root of Armenia’s sovereignty, the free will of the Armenian people.

All state and public authorities are obliged to carry out and ensure their vital activity and not to allow the disintegration of the state.”
