There is a positive change in the health condition of former Artsakh Defense Minister, lieutenant general, “Artsakh Hero” Jalal Harutyunyan. The representative of the RA Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan informed during the briefing, 1lurer.am reports.

“According to my personally verified information, Jalal Harutyunyan started breathing naturally yesterday, that is, the artificial respiration device was turned off. Let’s hope that he will recover very quickly and get back on his feet,” Artsrun Hovhannisyan said.
