On 2 November, 2020, the President of the Constitutional Court Arman Dilanyan sent a message of condolences to the President of the French Constitutional Council Laurent Fabius on the occasion of the terrorist attacks in Paris, Lyon and Nice.
Arman Dilanyan expressed support, solidarity to the fraternal people of France, sincere condolences to the families of the victims, to all the close ones.
“Such terrorist acts are a serious challenge to the rule of law in Europe, the uninterrupted protection of the fundamental freedoms of citizens,” Arman Dilanyan, President of the Constitutional Court said.
