We have said many times that we are ready to resolve the issue through compromises. What does compromise mean? Nikol Pashinyan details

We already have legends on the battlefield, who are able to do everything for the victory of the Armenian people, but we must stand by them. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this live today, 21 October.

“We must clearly realize that the Karabakh issue does not have a diplomatic solution at this stage, or at least from this stage for a long time, in fact. And all the hopes, thoughts, proposals that a diplomatic solution should be found, especially in this situation, in fact we should consider it over. Why? We have said many times that we are ready to resolve the issue through compromises. What does compromise mean? Compromise means that we can reduce something from the bar you set, from the national bar set for the sake of a solution, on the condition that the opposite party must lower something from its maximum bar. But practice has shown that it is a different reality that what is acceptable for the Armenian side in this logic is unacceptable for Azerbaijan. That is, all their diplomatic strategy and tactics have been and continue to be so. I want us to record this delicacy very clearly,” Nikol Pashinyan said.

The Prime Minister also spoke about the cooperation and relations between Armenia and Russia.

“All we have to do is fight to the end, unwaveringly, for the rights of our people. Regardless of what happens, we must fight for the rights of our people,” he said.

Nikol Pashinyan again called to volunteer, take up arms, fight for the rights of the Armenian people. “I appeal to all the mayors, village heads, all state and local self-government bodies, the heads of those bodies, so that they assume the leadership, form volunteer detachments, which will carry out the defense of the homeland.”
