Artsakh Information Headquarters informs:

“Sapphire groups of the State Emergency Service’s Rescue Forces Department are searching for and destroying unexploded bombs and missiles in the Artsakh capital Stepanakert.

The 911 call center of the service received a message. There are 300 mm Smerch missiles in the yards and gardens of a dwelling house.

The rocket was fired at Stepanakert on 10 October, following a ceasefire agreement between the conflicting parties.

These days, Armenian and foreign media representatives presenting the hostilities in Artsakh to the world have filmed and covered the process on the spot.”
