According to the measures taken by the RA Police subdivisions, as of 17:00 on 12 October, 40 cases of prohibited publications were found, 13 of which were carried out by individuals carrying out media activities, and 27 by persons who did not carry out media activities. As a result of the initiated administrative proceedings, 9 administrative penalties have already been applied.

In particular, 7 people who did not carry out media activities were fined in the amount of 300 thousand drams, 2 of which did not remove the publication, so, in addition to the mentioned 300 thousand drams, they were also fined in the amount of 700 thousand drams. Both news sites were fined with 700,000 drams. Moreover, one of the news websites did not cancel the publication, so the media outlet, in addition to the mentioned 700 thousand drams, was also fined in the amount of 1 million 500 thousand drams.

Measures are being taken to bring the authors of other publications to administrative responsibility.
