Spokeswoman for the RA Ministry of Defense Shushan Stepanyan reports:
“The units of the Artsakh Defense Army have been ordered to cease fire.”
It should be reminded that according to the statement of the Foreign Ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, a ceasefire will be declared for humanitarian purposes from 10 October at 12:00, for the exchange of prisoners of war and other bodies of the victims through the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross and according to its criteria.
