The Ministry of Labor և Social Affairs has issued a warning, which says:

“Recently, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has been receiving alarms that a group of citizens acting on behalf of the ministry are visiting citizens from Artsakh in temporary accommodation in Armenia, as well as people who have hosted our compatriots from Artsakh. People acting on behalf of the Ministry demand and take photos of the passports of Artsakh citizens. In addition, fraudsters manipulating the name of the ministry demand money from our compatriots in Artsakh to provide housing or transportation.

Please be vigilant.

• DO NOT ALLOW anyone to draw your ID.
• DEMAND a certificate from every citizen acting on behalf of government agencies.
• For any such incidents, call the Police at 1-02, the Martial Law Hotline at 117, and if this is not possible, contact the locals who are hosting you.

And remember, call 117 to solve the social problems caused by the war, do not pay anyone who promises to support you.
