Today, on 6 October, during a briefing with journalists, the deputy of the “Prosperous Armenia” faction of the National Assembly Arman Abovyan touched upon the issue of the necessity of reviewing Gagik Tsarukyan’s arrest.

“We all imagine the level of Mr. Tsarukyan’s influence, at least on the external front,” the deputy said.

According to Arman Abovyan, the situation in Armenia and Artsakh is such that Gagik Tsarukyan should definitely be free.

“Nobody can do what Tsarukyan can, I say it with confidence. The connections that Mr. Tsarukyan has, they are simply invaluable,” the deputy stressed.

He expressed hope that the consolidation processes will be real, which will be reflected in the release of Gagik Tsarukyan.

“Gagik Tsarukyan cannot take any steps in prison but merely technically. “In war, we must use all possible and impossible efforts to achieve victory,” Arman Abovyan said.
