Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan said today that as a result of the Azerbaijani aggression against Artsakh, there are casualties among the civilian population and “the purpose of terrorist attacks and ethnic cleansing is obvious.”
“Attacks by UAVs are carried out on civilian objects, the areas of which may be crowded. These attacks are intended to cause as much damage as possible. “Since 2 October, volley fire missiles firing prohibited by international humanitarian law have been carried out, because when targeting them, it is impossible to distinguish between civilian and military objects,” Arman Tatoyan said.
