I just want to assure you that all that money will be spent in full (depending on the further course of the war) or every cent of it in the long run, exclusively for the benefit of our state and people. And I am accountable for every penny spent.

P.S. The great benefactor had transferred 250 thousand dollars to us “for the soldiers” during the July battles. As a result of the discussions with the RA Minister of Defense, a part of that money will be directed to the important repair works in the military units of Armenia and Artsakh, the other part to the rehabilitation treatment of the soldiers.”
