Artsrun Hovhannisyan, Deputy Head of the Military University after Vazgen Sargsyan, announced the latest data on the border situation today, on 28 September.
He noted that the Armenian Armed Forces managed to make new positional improvements. “The enemy did not rest on its laurels; it continued to carry out counter-attacks in some places, which we pushed back. Early in the morning, using artillery, including heavy artillery, the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces resumed their offensive operations. At the moment, our Armed Forces are waging stubborn heroic battles,” Artsrun Hovhannisyan said.
We have about 200 wounded, some of whom were taken to Yerevan.
