According to the Secretary of the Security Council of the Artsakh Republic Samvel Babayan, ten servicemen were killed during the hostilities on the Artsakh-Azerbaijani border. As reported by Artsakh Public Television, Babayan said this in a conversation with journalists.

“At the moment we have 10 victims, a loss of 4 positions, but the situation is changing every minute. We have no loss of residence,” Babayan said.
