The buildings in this picture were built illegally, occupying about 9 hectares of state-owned forest lands included in the protected area of Dalma Gardens.

“They were built “unnoticed” and remained without consequences in the capital for about 15 years.
Recently, the Mayor of Yerevan Hayk Marutyan made a decision to demolish the buildings and release the state land from illegal possession. Samvel Aleksanyan, the person who construcetd the voluntary structures appealed the decision.”
