Today, on 24 September, before passing to the agenda of the regular sitting of the government, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that an escalation of coronavirus cases is observed. Out of 3913 tests performed during the last day, 374 were positive.

According to the Prime Minister, this is connected with people’s mobility. “Our position remains the same that we must continue to live in parallel with the coronavirus – a lot depends on the individual responsibility of each of us. We have agreed that the inspection bodies and the police will strengthen the control over the observance of the rules,” Nikol Pashinyan said.

Arsen Torosyan notes that the increase in the number of illnesses is not yet connected with the opening of schools. According to him, it is necessary to continue wearing masks.
