The Ministry of Justice has submitted a draft decision for public discussion, which envisages the transfer of the functions of servicing and managing the unified platform for electronic inquiries to the Prime Minister’s Office.

The justification of the draft states that the adoption of the draft decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia “On making an addition to the decision N 1204-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of 15 October, 2015” is conditioned by the need to transfer the management functions and proper use of the platform is linked to the functions of all ministries and other bodies.

Therefore, the operation, maintenance, management and other functions of the platform will be more effectively performed by the Prime Minister’s Office.
