Taking into account the approaching academic year in the state of emergency, 3 options for reopening general education institutions and universities were discussed at the meeting of the Commandant’s Office on 5 August.
In the interview with Iravaban.net, Artashes Torosyan, an expert of the Department of General Education of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, informs new details.
The three main scenarios are:
- Start the academic year with distance learning
- Resumption of mixed or hybrid training classes in compliance with anti-epidemic rules;
- Differentiated education, taking into account the fact that schools have different numbers of students. According to this version, in the schools where the number of students does not exceed 100, it will be possible to organize the educational process in compliance with the anti-epidemic rules, and in larger schools some other principles of shift will be applied.
